Colombian midfielder James Rodriguez is expected to take Goretzka`s spot in the midfield. Last week`s 3-1 victory over TSG Hoffenheim was Bayern Munich`s eleventh consecutive match ending with at least three goals scored. They have been very efficient in their recent games, scoring three or more goals in seven of their last eight games.

Vfb Stuttgart have an awful recent record against Bayern Munich plus they have many new players that are still adapting to the team. On the other end, Bayern Munich looked powerful both in pre-season and in their opening game and I expect another dominant display from them. In this match I would back Bayern Munich to win both at half-time and full time.
