INTRODUCTION

Juventus take on Parma on Saturday hoping to carry on their perfect start to Serie A. Juventus had to battle hard for a 3-2 win over Chievo in their opening match and last weekend they beat Lazio by 2-0. Cristiano Ronaldo their new signing has yet to score for them but he will be hoping to score in this match after two impressive displays for them.



PARMA

They started their season with a draw against Udinese and then last weekend they were beaten by SPAL going down by 1-0. It has been a difficult start for them but they will be hoping lighting can strike twice and they can repeat the last time they hosted Juventus back in 2015 when they managed a 1-0 win over Juventus. It will be a difficult task for them to stop Juventus attack. Experienced defender Bruno Alves will hope to stop his Portuguese International team mate in Ronaldo after they spent quite some time in the Portuguese national team. They will not have the services of Amato Ciciretti and Jonathan Biabiany as they are out injured, while Emanuele Calaio is out on suspension. The good news is that striker Gervinho will start his first match today.



JUVENTUS

Juventus will be going for their third win and after losing 1-0 to Parma in this fixture they will be gunning for revenge. In their opening game they needed a 93rd minute strike from Federico Bernardeschi to get a 3-2 win over Chievo. Last weekend meanwhile the likes of Miralem Pjanic and Mario Mandzukic scored to give them a 2-0 win over Lazio. Coming into this match other then Leonardo Spinazzola who is their only absentee, they have a near perfect side. Paulo Dybala will start in attack together with Ronaldo.

The last time they met here in 2015, Parma won this fixture at home by 1-0. When Juventus hosted they won by 7-0.
