INTRODUCTION

This is one of the most interesting matches on Saturday as Bologna welcomes the visit of Inter Milan. After two rounds played, they have the same number if points which is one point after one draw and one defeat. Neither side of their fans will be happy with their performance no doubt. Inter Milan will be more unhappy as they were expected to start the season well, so now we can see a more attacking game from them against Bologna.



BOLOGNA

They will hope to break Inter Milan's resistance when they welcome them as they know Inter got off to the worst possible start and their confidence is shake. Furthermore they did managed a 1-1 draw here last season. They started the season with an opening home defeat to SPAL and then last weekend they drew with neewcomers Frosinone as the match ended goalless. Prior to those two games, Bologna did beat lower-league Calcio Padova 2-0 at home in the Coppa Italia. Now new manager Pippo Inzaghi will hope to avoid defeat otherwise they will be fighting for relegation so early in the season. As for the team news, they will not have the services of stopper Paz, midfielder Donsah and striker Palacio due to injuries, while midfielder Nagy is suspended.



INTER MILAN

Inter Milan played poorly and only managed one point from their opening two matches played. That one point came last weekend when they drew with Torino at home by 2-2. In their opening match they were beaten by Sassuolo away from home by 1-0. Despite losing their first match on their travels, their supporters still came in droves to support them in their first home match but they could only managed a point as it ended in a high scoring 2-2 draw. They did go two goals up but then conceded two goals after that. Now after Inter Milan failed to win in their opening two games we can expect to see Inter Milan going for the three points in this match. Thus manager Spaletti is likely to go for an attacking lineup compared to the other two matches. The good news is we are likely to see the debut of midfielder Nainggolan for them in this match as well. He will start ahead of Vecino and Brozovic and in between wingers Politano and Perisic. Their only absentee will be defender Asamoah.

Bologna has failed to beat Inter Milan in their last six home macthes but last season they managed to hold them to a 1-1 draw.
